About Us – Flow In Motion

We are Tania and Serge. At first glance, our interests may have seemed different, but over the years we realized they all pointed to the same truth: life is best lived in motion, and meaning is found in the journey.

Our path began with endurance sports – long hours on the bike, swimming in open water, testing the limits of body and mind. Sport taught us discipline, resilience, and joy in simple effort. But above all, it showed us that the journey matters more than the finish line.

What makes us unique is how we weave all these passions together. Flow in Motion is not a classic coaching site or just another travel blog. It’s a place where sport, lifestyle, and storytelling connect. A space where we share not perfection, but authentic experiences and true passion.

We believe everyone can find their own “flow” – that state where body, mind, and spirit move in harmony. For some, it’s in training. For others, in travel or creative moments. For us, it’s in the blend of all these things.

Through Flow in Motion, we invite you to join us – for inspiration, for ideas, and perhaps to challenge yourself to move boundaries and create your own story along the way.

Alongside sport, photography has always been our way of seeing and remembering. Every frame captures a story: the texture of a trail, the colors of sunrise, the raw emotion of crossing a finish line. Each picture is a memory, but also an invitation to look deeper and to keep moving forward.

Travel and nature are another part of our heartbeat. Whether it’s a hut-to-hut trek in the mountains, a gravel ride through unknown terrain, or expeditions across distant lands – exploring the world with open eyes and open hearts is what gives us energy and perspective.

And we’re not alone on this path. Our three galgos – Monica, Twix and Fritz – are our faithful dogs, our loyal companions, and our very first supporters. Whether waiting patiently at the finish line, running joyfully at our side, or simply reminding us to pause and appreciate the moment, they are part of every story we live and tell.
