Banana cake with chocolate and almonds

After a long training I love to come home and enjoy a piece of banana cake with coffee or hot chocolate


  • 3 ripe bananas
  • 2 eggs
  • 140 g flour
  • 30 g whole cane sugar
  • 50 g almond powder
  • 1/2 bag of baking powder
  • 40 g chocolate chips
  • 40 g sliced almonds


Heat the oven to 190 C°
In a mixing bowl beat the eggs with the sugar.
Add flour, almond powder and baking powder and mix.
Mash the ripe bananas with a fork and add the to the mix.
Add the chocolate chips and mix
Add the sliced almonds and mix carefully.
Butter a loaf tin and pour the preparation in the tin.
Bake for 35-40 minutes
